Workshop cancellations
You can cancel a workshop booking up to 48 hours before the workshop. Please contact us through WhatsApp so we can help with your booking.
Less than 48 hours
Bookings cancelled within the 48-hour window are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may contact us to request a transfer to the next available workshop, subject to availability.
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not contact us, the booking is not eligible for a refund or transfer.
If we cancel
If F_SKETCHES18 needs to cancel a workshop, affected customers will be contacted and offered the available alternative or refund arrangement.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment provider and bank processing times.
